Attachments The server may scan this file before download when enabled. Only open files you trust. Maximum 10 MiB per download. Preview shows images (5 MiB) and plain text (256 KiB) in this page after the same verification; other files download only.
Reply and Forward start drafts that you can format before saving or sending. Attachments are not copied into the new draft. Reply all uses visible recipients only. Your existing email client continues to work.

Formatting is preserved in mailbox drafts, sent mail and exported copies.

Up to 5 files, 10 MiB combined. Files stay in this tab until you explicitly save a supported server draft, export, or send. Local file selections are not scanned. Supported server save, send and download operations may be scanned when the administrator enables ClamAV; the interface reports confirmed download scans. No inline previews. Attachment sending requires administrator-enabled sending. Database file saving requires administrator-configured storage support.

For unwanted mail, choose your existing Junk or Spam folder. To rescue a message, choose Inbox or another folder. Confirm the destination: folder names alone do not prove their purpose. Your server may automatically expire junk mail or train its spam filter on moves; EndPaper Mail does not configure or verify that training here. This action does not block the sender or enable automatic filtering.
Choose an existing folder. To archive or remove from Inbox, choose your Archive or Trash folder. Trash may be subject to your server’s retention policy. EndPaper Mail does not permanently delete messages here.

Language Interface language
Primary controls and mailbox capability labels are translated. Some detailed help and operational notices remain in English during language preview. Email text and addresses keep their own writing direction. This choice is saved in this browser.
Add another mailbox Connect up to five administrator-approved server mailboxes in this session. Each keeps its own messages, drafts, contacts and sending identity. Connections end when you sign out or the session expires; passwords are kept only in server memory.
Google and Microsoft mailbox linking is coming soon. Do not enter provider passwords in this form.
Signature This plain-text signature is saved for the current mailbox identity and inserted into new messages. Editing it does not change drafts you already saved.
Message templates Plain-text replies you insert from the composer. Templates are saved for the current mailbox. Up to 100 templates, 16 KiB each.
Appearance Theme is saved in this browser. Other appearance choices reset when you reload. Cross-device saving is not available yet.

Undo send delay Send immediately 5 seconds 10 seconds 20 seconds 30 seconds While the delay counts down you can select Undo in the composer. Nothing leaves the browser until the delay ends.
Keyboard shortcuts
Snoozed messages Messages waiting in the Snoozed folder and when they return to your Inbox. Cancel keeps the message in the Snoozed folder for you to move by hand.
Refresh snoozed Automatic reply (out of office) The mail server sends your reply once per sender during the chosen interval, including while you are signed out. Mailing lists and automated senders are skipped by the server.
Folders Rename a folder, or delete one that is empty. INBOX and server-designated folders (Sent, Drafts, Trash, Junk, Archive) cannot be changed here. Deleting never removes messages: a folder that still holds mail is refused.

Connect an email app Use this mailbox in Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird or Gmail mobile. Files contain server details, never your password or an access token.

Apple profiles are unsigned: review and approve installation on your device. Thunderbird XML is for administrator-hosted discovery, not a general import button. Outlook uses guided/manual IMAP setup. Gmail mobile supports external IMAP; Gmail web does not. The connection check tests server-side TLS and login, not your device or final delivery.
Account & privacy
Your administrator manages the mail server connection. Reading uses plain text and blocks remote images. Successfully opening unread mail marks it read; you can mark it unread again.
Inbox is pinned first and opens after sign-in. Refresh folders keeps your current folder when it is still available.

License rights apply to the installation, not a mailbox password. They do not confirm that an administrator has configured or qualified a feature. Fleet tools and other coming-soon features are not listed as usable rights.
